Description
- Source candidate profiles for open positions across various channels: hh.ru, LinkedIn, job boards, industry-specific platforms, professional communities and CV databases.
- Make first contact with candidates via messages, calls and messengers.
- Present Marvus Advisory and our clients, and briefly outline the details of the role.
- Gauge candidates’ interest and their basic fit with the requirements.
- Schedule meetings with interested candidates in the recruiters’ calendars.
- Add profiles to the ATS and keep comments and statuses up to date.
- Report on your area of work: number of profiles sourced, contacts made, responses received and meetings scheduled.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a researcher, sourcer or recruiter.
- Strong Boolean search and X-Ray search skills; hands-on experience with LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and confident with cold outreach.
- English at Intermediate level or higher, as many of our candidates and clients work in an international environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining the database and reporting.
- Strong self-organization and the ability to handle a high volume of communications.
Nice to have:
- Recruitment experience in logistics, shipping, foreign trade or related industries.
- Understanding of the maritime industry structure: shipping lines, freight forwarding, ports, chartering, ship management.
- Experience working with ATS systems.
