1. Who is responsible

Marvus Advisory Corp., an International Business Company registered in the Republic of Seychelles, decides how and why personal data from this site is processed. Full details are on the Legal Information page.

2. What we collect

From the forms: your name, e-mail, phone or messenger where you give one, your company where the form asks for it, your grade and availability, and whatever you write in the message field.

From an application: additionally your CV and the documents you attach to it.

From the site itself: the technical data any web server records, and — only if you allow it — analytics about which pages are read. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for passport scans, bank details or medical documents through this website. If a form appears to ask for them, it is not ours.

3. Why we process it

To answer your request. To run a search or an application you asked us to run. To administer a training programme you applied for. To keep the records an intermediary has to keep about who was introduced to whom.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

4. Who sees it

A candidate’s file goes to an employer only after that candidate confirms the specific vacancy. It is never circulated to a list of companies to see who responds.

An employer’s brief stays with the people running the search.

Service providers who host the site and send our mail process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work: twelve months, then deleted.

Candidate files: three years from the last contact, so we can come back with a relevant opening. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Records of a completed placement: as long as the agreement and the applicable law require.

6. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. You may withdraw a consent at any time; that does not undo what was lawful before you withdrew it.

Write to info@marvus.agency. We reply within one business day and act within thirty days.

7. Security

Access to candidate files is limited to the people working on the search. Documents travel over encrypted connections. We do not keep attachments on personal devices.

No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we tell you rather than wait to be asked.
