The registered office above is the address on file with the registered agent. It is a legal address, not a place of business open to visitors: Marvus Advisory has no public office and does not receive callers there.

Correspondence reaches us fastest by e-mail. Anything that has to be sent on paper should be addressed through the registered agent.

3. Governing law

The company is incorporated under the International Business Companies Act, 2016 of the Republic of Seychelles, and its corporate affairs are governed by that Act.

Agreements with clients and candidates state their own governing law and dispute resolution clause. Where an agreement is silent, the law of the Republic of Seychelles applies.

Nothing on this website is an offer, and nothing here creates a contract. Terms take effect only in a signed agreement.

4. Scope of services

Marvus Advisory provides recruitment services to companies, career consulting to individual specialists, training programmes, and a vacancy board on which partner companies publish their own openings.

We are an intermediary. We do not employ seafarers or shore staff, do not operate vessels and are not a party to the employment contract between a candidate and an employer. Where local law requires a manning licence for a particular activity, that activity is carried out by a licensed partner and this is stated in the agreement.

Vacancies published on the board are supplied by partner companies. We verify the company before publishing and check candidate documents before a shortlist, but we do not warrant the commercial terms of a third party’s opening.

Career consulting and training prepare a specialist for a search. They do not guarantee employment, and no service on this site is sold as a promise of a contract.
