1. Acceptance

Using this website means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The terms may change; the date at the top of this page shows when they last did.

These terms cover the website only. Services are governed by the agreement signed for them, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.

2. Permitted use

You may read the site, use the vacancy board and send the forms on it. You may quote and link to any page.

You may not scrape the vacancy board in bulk, resell its content, or submit forms automatically. Applications sent by a script are discarded without a reply.

Do not submit anyone else’s personal data through the forms unless you have their permission to do so.

3. The vacancy board

Vacancies are supplied by partner companies. We verify the company before publishing and check documents before a shortlist, but the commercial terms of an opening belong to the employer, not to us.

A vacancy may be closed at any time. Its address then leads to a page with links to open vacancies and the other sections of the site.

Applying is free. Marvus Advisory never asks a candidate for payment in connection with a vacancy, at any stage. If someone asks on our behalf, tell us.

4. Content and marks

The texts, layout, illustrations and the Marvus Advisory name and mark belong to Marvus Advisory Corp. Reproducing the site’s design or presenting it as your own is not permitted.

Company names and vessel details in vacancies belong to their owners and appear here with the permission of the publishing company.

5. Liability

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every figure or date on it is free of error, and we are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a page alone.

Career consulting and training prepare a specialist for a search. Neither is sold as a guarantee of employment, and no page on this site should be read as one.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the governing law.
