Featured cases
Some roles require more than finding the right specialist. A rare combination of experience, working conditions and the ability of both employer and candidate to find the right solution can define the search.
Ship Manager · Technical Management
The role required a strong technical specialist ready to relocate and spend up to 80% of working time travelling. We focused the search on candidates with relevant experience and addressed the main barriers to making the move early in the process.
Together with the client, we agreed on extended relocation and transition support, creating the conditions needed to secure the preferred candidate.
Fleet Operator · Vessel Operations
The role required practical experience across several vessel types and confident maritime English for daily communication with crews, ports and counterparties. This combination significantly narrowed the pool of relevant candidates.
We identified specialists with the right combination of experience and helped align the candidate’s and employer’s expectations around the role, responsibilities and working conditions.
Ship Manager · Procurement
The role required experience in supplying different vessel types, willingness to relocate and readiness for irregular working hours driven by fleet operations.
We focused the search on candidates matching the complete profile and supported negotiations between the candidate and employer around the terms of the move. This helped both sides reach an agreement and successfully close the role.
