2. Information on this website

The website describes our services and the industry we work in. It is published for general information. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of a hiring outcome, or legal, employment or immigration advice.

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of the content but do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error. Service descriptions may change without notice.

3. Enquiries submitted through the website

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us. It is an invitation for us to make contact. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing, and sets out scope, timing, fees and the responsibilities of each party.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and must not submit personal data about a third party unless you are entitled to share it.

4. Fees

Recruitment services are paid for by the hiring company on terms agreed before a search begins. Candidates are not charged for a placement. Career consulting and training programmes are charged separately to the individual or to their employer. No fee arises from using this website.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that involves automated collection of content without our written consent, or that attempts to obtain unauthorised access to any part of it.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its text, layout, graphics, the Marvus Advisory name and the Marvus Advisory logo are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
